A the heart of our Prince of Wales home in Hobart Tasmania is our commercial brewhouse. Under the keen eye of our Head Brewer Rhyley, we produce gold medal winning beers with a focus on easy drinking yet complex beers. We are focussed on easy drinking pales, lagers, west coast IPAs as well as a sours beers loaded with Tasmanian farm fresh fruit.

Chicken Shop is our in house kitchen, with Head Chef Anthony and his crew producing Tassie’s best friend chicken, seasonal sides and epic hot sauces.

Our Brewery and Taphouse is located in the stunning Prince of Wales Bay, in Hobart Tasmania. A short drive from the city, on the way to or from Mona, and your met with a huge industrial zone. A short trip down Bender Drive and be prepared to be met by the best views of any brewery in Australia.
