Single Hop Series NO.3 Mosaic (8.7% ABV).
This year’s release of Mosaic has huge lingering tropical fruit, with mango dominating the front and that signature Mosaic bubblegum complimenting the bitterness. The malt base follows the rest of our single hop series, and really let’s the hops shine. Our best Mozza ever?
Mosaic® has always been a favourite hop of ours. When we thought about what to launch as our first beer available outside Tasmania, there was no simpler choice. An IPA that speaks true to us, with use of modern techniques on a more classic base and utilising pellet and Cryo Hops®.
