Simcoe IPA

from A$38.00
sold out

Single Hop Series NO.1 Simcoe (8.8% ABV).

The classic. Back with a new coat of paint. Simcoe is hop royalty. Hail to the   King. Baby.

Punchy candied clementine upfront follows through on the palette, rounding out with deeper citrus, pine, spice and a light earthy dankness. Glowing amber in the glass, the caramel and malt tones guide you to unexpected, pleasant sweetness on the palate, fading quickly to a refreshing, but not lingering, bitterness.
